AUSTIN AREA STATISTICS FOR AUGUST

Residential sales are down 10%

Listings are up 21%

Prices are up 6%

What does this mean? We still have a strong market but there is a lot of inventory so if you are selling a home consult a REALTOR to make sure your home looks right and is priced right.
